Sano, an innovative specialty care practice with a mission to improve health outcomes in the Kansas City community, is thrilled to introduce our new General Surgery service line.
Since its establishment in 2016, Sano has revolutionized musculoskeletal care delivery in Kansas City. Our compassionate care team is committed to providing timely, individualized, and authentic care that fosters healing, wellness, and restored wholeness.
In 2023, Sano expanded its services from musculoskeletal to include vascular and vein care. Building on our foundation as a multi-specialty practice, this fall we will offer comprehensive general surgery care, providing tailored treatment plans that incorporate the most trusted and innovative surgical techniques. Specialty areas include trauma surgery, acute care surgery, weight loss surgery, breast cancer surgery, wound care, and more.

Makenzie Evinger and Tina Tran, Advanced Practice Providers, will also join the Sano General Surgery team. These providers will significantly broaden the scope of our services, including General Surgery Surgery, Breast Cancer Surgery, Wound Care, Bariatric/Weight Loss Surgery, and Acute Care Surgery.
