Interventional pain medicine aims to help patients manage their pain and improve their quality of life, often in collaboration with other healthcare providers. This specialty focuses on diagnosing and treating chronic pain using non-opioid medications and minimally invasive techniques, such as nerve blocks, joint injections, and neuromodulation.
