Dr. Elliott Wityk has extensive training in all types of foot and ankle care and complications, including fractures, tendonitis, advanced wound care, complex foot trauma, arthritis, bunions, and more.
Dr. Wityk is from southwest Missouri, near the Ozarks. He played NCAA Division II baseball at Rockhurst University in Kansas City and graduated with honors in Biology and Business Administration. During his time at Rockhurst, he participated in community service projects and traveled to Nicaragua with Amigos For Christ to support clean water initiatives. Following his undergraduate studies, he conducted pharmacology research at Kansas University Medical Center and pursued podiatric medicine at Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Wityk completed a rigorous three-year surgical residency at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas, where he served as Chief Resident in the Foot and Ankle division.
Now, Dr. Wityk eagerly anticipates returning to Kansas City, where his alma mater, Rockhurst University, laid the foundation for his multifaceted journey. He is enthusiastic about the opportunity to contribute to the vibrant healthcare landscape as a member of Sano.
