Dr. Daniel Farrell, an orthopedic surgeon specializing in Sports Medicine and Joint Replacement, earned his medical degree from St. Louis University and holds a holds a master’s in Exercise Science with emphasis in biomechanics. Board Certified of the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and with Subspeciality boards in Orthopedic Sports Medicine, he completed his residency at Orlando Regional Medical Center. He completed a combined fellowship in Pediatric Orthopedics at Denver Children’s Hospital, Denver Colorado and The Steadman-Hawkins clinic in Vail Colorado.
Dr. Farrell has extensive experience in robotic surgery, including knee and hip arthroplasty, and is a recognized instructor in this field. He also performs arthroscopic procedures for knee and shoulder reconstruction. Committed to Functional Medicine, Dr. Farrell emphasizes its importance in optimizing athletic performance and overall health. He enjoys activities like waterskiing, weightlifting, and spending time with his family.
Dr. Farrell is now accepting new patients at Sano Orthopedics’ Overland Park office.

Melissa Enright, PA-C, has worked as an orthopedic Physician Associate since 2015. She graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in Public Health Nutrition and attended PA school at Wichita State University.
