Dr. Rob Comrie is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon practicing at Sano Orthopedics. He specializes in knee and hip conditions with a focus on joint reconstruction.
Before beginning his career as a physician, Dr. Comrie obtained his Bachelor of Science and Masters of Physical Therapy degrees from the University of Missouri. During his five years as a physical therapist, he worked closely with patients recovering from a variety of musculoskeletal injuries. He became inspired by the idea of making a more profound impact on his patients’ lives and pursued a Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine at Kansas City University.
Following medical school, Dr. Comrie completed his orthopedic surgery residency through Michigan State University at McLaren Macomb Regional Medical Center outside Detroit, Michigan. He then completed a fellowship in Adult Reconstruction with the Fondren Orthopedic Group at Texas Orthopedic Hospital in Houston, Texas.
Comrie’s care philosophy revolves around understanding his patients and their needs then formulating a comprehensive treatment plan to suit them. He remains at the forefront of medical advancements, leveraging the latest literature and technology to optimize patient outcomes. Cultivating meaningful relationships with patients and their families brings him fulfillment in his surgical practice.

Cade Chiles grew up in the small town of Warsaw, Missouri. He attended the University of Missouri, earning a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences. Cade then advanced his career by completing his Physician Assistant training at South University in West Palm Beach, Florida.
In his free time, Cade enjoys spending time in the outdoors, traveling, and being with his wife and family.
