Sano Specialty Care is pleased to announce the addition of John A. Geha, M.D., to our medical team. Dr. Geha is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in adult reconstruction and joint replacement, dedicated to helping patients overcome pain and regain long-term mobility.
Clinical Focus and Expertise
Dr. Geha specializes in adult joint reconstruction, including primary and complex revision hip and knee replacements. His approach focuses on restoring functional health through non-operative and operative procedures, personalizing treatment plans to each patient’s specific needs and long-term goals.
His clinical interests and areas of practice include:
- Adult Joint Reconstruction: Primary hip and knee replacement, as well as complex revision joint surgeries.
- Orthopedic Sports Medicine: Evaluation and conservative care for joint and athletic injuries.
- Functional Wellness: Post-operative recovery approaches centered on long-term joint stability.

Throughout his academic and clinical training, Dr. Geha has maintained a strong commitment to clinical research. During medical school, he received the William A. Albano Research Award, and during his residency, he earned the Henry O. Marsh Award for Resident Research.
He has authored multiple peer-reviewed publications and clinical presentations, covering topics such as total knee arthroplasty outcomes and non-surgical applications of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) for ligament injuries.
