CARLY M. PAYNE, MPAS, PA-C
Carly Payne received her Bachelor’s in Biology from Missouri Southern State University in 2013. At Missouri Southern, she played 4 years of collegiate soccer. With an obvious passion for orthopedics and healing injuries, she went on to PA school at Oklahoma City University.
Carly works alongside Dr. Gonder and Dr. de Vere in clinic and surgery.

Chris Klipfel, PA-C, earned his Bachelor’s in Health Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia, then completed his master’s in physician assistant studies at Stephens College. His interest in orthopedics started early—his mom is a physical therapist—and that sparked a passion for helping people recover and regain function.
Chris works alongside Dr. Farrell in clinic and surgery. He’s motivated by building strong patient relationships and giving people the tools to take charge of their recovery.

Brecken Sigg was raised just south of the Kansas City metropolitan area in Louisburg, KS. She attended the University of Kansas and obtained her Bachelors of Science degree in Athletic Training. While at KU, she cared for many student-athletes, ranging from high school athletics to the division-I collegiate level. This was where her love for sports medicine began.

GEORGIE GONZALEZ
Georgie Gonzalez graduated with her Master’s from Walden University in Minneapolis, MN. She completed an APP fellowship in Plastics, including hands, at St. Luke’s Health System – Kansas City.
Georgie grew up in southern Missouri and spent 3 years in the Air Force Reserves. She has spent many years in the operating room treating trauma injuries. Georgie states, “I love plastics because of the wide variety of procedures, the patient needs, and teaching aspects. Much like every other specialty in medicine, plastics are always evolving and growing.”
Georgie works alongside Dr. Jeff Colyer in clinic and surgery.
NATALIE KETZNER, APRN-BC
NATALIE KETZNER, APRN-BC
Natalie Ketzner graduated from Missouri Southern State University in 2012 with a Bachelor in Nursing. She obtained a Masters of Science in Nursing for Nurse Practitioner from Graceland University and is credentialed through ANCC.
Natalie has always wanted to work in healthcare. She loves partnering with people to reach their goals. She empowers people to be an active part of the decision-making process, which she believes provides better outcomes. Her background as a nurse in family practice has developed her “whole person” mentality towards treating patients. “Orthopedics is particularly special because you get the chance to help people return to the things that they love doing.” When not at work, Natalie loves spending time with her husband and two young daughters.
Natalie works alongside Dr. Eckland in clinic and surgery.

MEGHAN KOCH, APRN
Meghan attended the University of Kansas for her undergraduate education in nursing and received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at Baker University School of Nursing in 2005. After graduation, she worked as a registered nurse at Stormont-Vail in Topeka, KS in the Birthplace. She later received her Masters of Science in Nursing at the University of Kansas Medical Center in 2009 as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Jessica went to Kansas State for her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology. She continued her education at Wichita State, where she got her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies. Jessica works alongside Dr. Kevin Witte in clinic and surgery.

Chloe received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at University of Kansas School of Nursing. After graduation, she worked as a registered nurse at KU and St. Luke’s- working in pre/post surgery. She received her Masters of Science in Nursing at University of Central Missouri in 2023 as a Family Nurse Practitioner. What she enjoys most about orthopedic surgery is the ability to help patients throughout their journey to making a full recovery, and getting back to doing things they enjoy.

Lacey Perez went to Kansas State University, obtaining a major in Health Sciences and a secondary major in Gerontology. She went on to Physician Associate school at Wichita State University.
Lacey works alongside Dr. Roberts in surgery and clinic.

Hannah Yoxall is a physician associate practicing at Sano Orthopedics. Hannah went to the University of Kansas and obtained a degree in exercise science. She then went on to Union College located in Lincoln, Nebraska, for her physician associate degree.
Hannah works alongside Dr. Palmer in clinic and surgery.

Jess Kretchmar went to Kansas State University for her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology. After graduating, she pursued her nursing degree at the University of Saint Mary in Leavenworth, Kansas. She worked for six years as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse. During this time, she obtained her Master’s degree at the Research College of Nursing to become a Nurse Practitioner.
Jess works alongside Dr. Roberts in clinic.
