Last week, we had the privilege of hosting many of our referring providers, partners, and friends for an evening of connection, conversation, and reflection. To everyone who joined us, thank you.
We believe healthcare is fundamentally about people taking care of people. While facilities, technology, and processes all play an important role, meaningful care begins with relationships. The trust you place in us when referring patients is something we never take for granted.
Whether you have referred a patient, collaborated with our team, or simply supported our mission along the way, you have been an important part of our story. The trust you place in us is something we never take for granted.
While we spent time looking back at how far we’ve come, we also looked ahead. The challenges facing healthcare today are real, but so is the opportunity before us. The future will require all of us to continue pushing for better. Better access. Better coordination. Better experiences. Better outcomes. At Sano, we remain committed to transforming outpatient healthcare for patients, providers, and communities. We believe meaningful change happens when people come together around a common purpose and refuse to accept that the status quo is good enough.
That work is far from finished, and we are excited about what comes next. Most importantly, we are grateful to be doing it alongside partners who share our belief that healthcare can and should be better.
